Clare Computer Solutions expands NetCentral HelpDesk Capacity

San Ramon, CA 6/30/10:  Clare Computer Solutions (CCS) increased HelpDesk personnel capacity by over 20% for NetCentral clients and added extra tools to provide more speed and flexibility in remote system trouble-shooting and management to accommodate the increase in demand for NetCentral, and the HelpDesk services,  “We’re seeing an increase in demand from NetCentral clients for HelpDesk services,” explained CCS VP of Managed Services, Gabe Veuve. “For many clients, the HelpDesk experience is the most visible aspect of the value that NetCentral brings to their companies. It’s the first place they turn to when they need help, and we feel it’s vital to ensure we have the capacity to deliver a rapid response.”

NetCentral is Clare Computer Solutions’ comprehensive remote network management support service. In addition to around-the-clock monitoring of clients’ systems, automated patching and management, the service also includes live HelpDesk services.
