The Company
For 130 years, Jewish Family and Children's Services (JFCS/East Bay) has met the challenges of the community through direct services to those most in need. JFCS/East Bay offers skilled guidance and support to anyone in need in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. They operate more than twenty-five programs, so the JFCS/East Bay staff needs their IT infrastructure to be there when they need it!
The Challenge
JFCS/East Bay Facilities Manager, Victoria Kundel, is a very busy person. Her responsibilities include all the JFCS/East Bay locations and all the details that make these offices run, such as taking care of the rent, making sure the lights stay on, PLUS making sure the network is working.
Victoria had been having trouble locating a responsive and reliable IT provider to handle the firm’s network infrastructure.
