Beginning March 1, 2008, Clare Computer Solutions is launching a Client Referral Contest.
Clients who refer 2 or more qualified companies to us will win their choice of 1 of 3 fun prizes:

in a drawing to win a week in Mazatlan, Mexico for two! (Prize includes airfare
and hotel for two!)
It’s no secret – our best advertising is YOU, the client. And we know it can be an imposition, to try and get you to think of companies you work with who would benefit from our services the way you do, and to send us that information. This is why we’re putting our money where your mouth is, with prizes that are fun right away, and the chance to win a really special vacation!
Now for the fine print and clarification of terms:
A "qualified" referred company meets the following criteria:
- Company's network has at least 2 servers and 20 or more users
- Referral must be accompanied by a letter of introduction (either "snail mail" or E-Mail) to an appropriate (decision-maker) at the referred company
- Referrals must be received by August 31st, 2008 - send them info@clarecomputer.com, or to your Account Manager.
Referred prospects
who become a NetCentral client within 90 days of referral automatically enters
the referrer into the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize Drawing will be
held on September 2, 2008, and a winner will be selected by random drawing
among eligible contestants. Winners must schedule their trip within 120 days
of winning, and upon being identified as a winner, must provide first, second
and third choices for their week in Mazatlan reward. Because of the value
of this prize, winners must fill out a W-9 form and will receive a 1099 form
for the tax year in which the trip was rewarded (not necessarily the year
in which the trip is taken). In the event the chosen winner cannot or will
not agree to the restrictions, a new drawing will be held with the remaining
eligible contestants.
